This is my take on changing the world.

There are so many sites out there with wonderful messages, wonderful knowledge to take to your heart. There is so much to learn and ponder about - so one more site of the kind is better than one less.

On the other side, there are so many sites promoting a sad view on humans, making us shallow and consuming being only. The deeper aspect of it all is not at all taken care of.

I want to be one of the ones taking care of the full person. The inner side is so much bigger than the outer side that the rest of the world sees. On the outer side we seems so little and fragile, and if people treat us bad enough up through the life, the inner side of us draws further inside to hide from it all - waiting for it to pass. We don’t grow that way, we freezes down till later times - while what should have been done was looking at this part of the body - and doing good what other people have destroyed.

You know the old saying, "If it shall be done at all, I need to do it myself." - and this is just what we need to do.

We need to find the love for ourselves, taking the frightened child up and calm it down. Telling it that everything is okay - whatever is done was done in the frame of the situation. There is no guilt to carry. You can forgive yourself for this, and look forward.

What we need to find is the self respect, to make sure we are treated well. It is so difficult at times. It is so easy to make these attacks at your person a minor detail - while in fact every little word and every action done to you - sticks there. Good ones and bad ones, the good ones make you say "I am someone", and the bad ones makes you think "It doesn’t matter, it is only me". Enough of the bad ones and you break down until the core is all that is left. (and then one tend to explode and break out - or vanish).
